These terms cover the MyLokAI app and website, developed by Olanrewaju Oyinbooke.

Using the app

Use MyLokAI lawfully and only with content you have the right to use. You are responsible for your device, your Apple Account, and the information you choose to enter, attach, export, or share. You do not need a MyLokAI account.

Your content

Your chats, documents, and other content remain yours. We do not claim ownership of them. Our Privacy Policy explains local processing and optional services, including iCloud Sync.

AI answers and availability

AI responses can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable. Check important facts and decisions independently, especially those involving health, safety, legal matters, or money. Features vary by device, operating system, model availability, storage, permissions, and network access. Downloaded models and third-party services have their own licenses and terms.

Apple and third parties

If you download MyLokAI through Apple's App Store, the applicable Apple terms and Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also apply. These terms do not limit rights you have under applicable law. Apple, Hugging Face, Brave Search, and other optional providers have their own service terms.

App and site materials

The MyLokAI name, app icon, original interface, and website materials belong to their respective owners. Third-party open-source software and AI models remain subject to their own licenses.

Changes and contact
