Support

There is no MyLokAI account. On supported devices with Apple Intelligence available, you can start with Apple's on-device model. You can also choose a compatible open-source model from the Models page. Downloads require internet access and free device storage.

They are stored on your device by default. In app versions with iCloud Sync, you can choose to sync supported data through your private iCloud database. Sync is off until you enable it. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Apple Intelligence needs compatible hardware, an available language and region, and the feature enabled in Apple Settings. Downloaded models need enough storage and memory. The Models page shows compatibility and storage requirements.

MyLokAI extracts supported text and image context on your device for the conversation. Some PDF pages may need a visual preview if text cannot be read. Try a clearer file or image if content is missing. Your full file is not sent to a hosted AI service.

In app versions that include it, open Settings › iCloud Sync and turn it on on each device signed in to the same Apple Account. Your iCloud account must be available. Turning it off keeps the local copy on that device. To remove MyLokAI data from iCloud, first turn sync off on every device, then manage the data in your iCloud storage settings.

Use the app's conversation export and delete controls. You can manage saved memories in Settings. If sync is enabled, deleting a synced conversation, memory, or persona can remove it from your other devices too. Save an export before deleting anything you want to keep.

Include the app version, device model, iOS or iPadOS version, and steps to reproduce it. A screenshot can help. Please remove private messages, documents, and API keys before sending anything.
